The Tweedy Pie 45 has some very sweet highs, features a warm midrange tone, and can produce full bass notes with amazing dynamics and touch sensitivity. Dial it down into the lower volume settings and you’ll find clean tones, but when you turn the volume way up, you get rich harmonics and an excellent distortion.
The Tweedy Pie is made out of solid pine and is completely hand-wired. The cabinet is incredibly strong and won’t rattle at all, plus each case is so well constructed that it will last a lifetime .
